Due to the recent downfall in the economy, my hours as a delivery driver had been drastically reduced. I was also unable to request any overtime shifts. I was able to afford my payment of $1388.09 but on 2/1/2009 my payment went up to $2471.60. That is almost my entire monthly income! I struggled for 3 months trying to get a modification with Indy Mac. Without any luck, I realized I needed help. If it weren’t for CHLM I’m not sure I would have ever gotten a completed loan modification that my family and I could afford. Thanks for all of your hard work.

This past year being in the real estate business has been very tough on my income. I’ve been forced to take on other part time jobs in order to try and make my monthly mortgage payments.
